Originally I called A-Tex whose voice mail said I wiil call you back in 48 hours. I called Jeff who called back immediately. The service provided was troubleshooting and a new filter. Within 24 hours (and it was the weekend) he had me up and working in less time than A-Tex could return a phone call. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. 10/10 service.

We absolutely love our hot tub! Jeff was very patient with all of my questions, I did not know anything about hot tubs. He sent me pictures and even videos. I appreciated he did not try to talk me into buying a larger hot tub then the one i bought and there were no high pressure sales. He was also very helpful with getting us set up with an electrician. An all around nice guy and very trustworthy.

Absolutely love this company! Great response time. Got a used Hot tub and it was in great shape delivery and set up was easy. Jeff and his crew took care of it all and were careful around plants and yard. Highly recommend them

Extremely Disappointed Would Not Recommend Longhorn Hot Tubs

We hired Jeff to perform a simple hook-up on our previously fully functional hot tub when we purchased it from our neighbor. What followed was a frustrating and drawn-out ordeal that lasted over three months, with no resolution.

Although the hot tub had no issues prior to hiring him, he claimed that nearly every component needed to be replaced. The wrong parts were ordered and installed multiple times. He left hardware scattered around the yard, and the side panel off for weeks, leaving the internal components exposed.
Screws were stripped, broken off inside the threads, or completely missing, which made the situation worse and showed a serious lack of care.

Jeff made well over eight trips, ( most the time he would leave and not even communicate what was going on until we reached out to him to ask) and still the hot tub was not restored to its original functionality. Even worse, the lights no longer work, despite functioning perfectly before he touched it.

We remained extremely patient, giving him chance after chance, but it eventually became absurd. We ultimately had to fire Jeff and hire a different company, who fixed everything correctly and professionally.

Jeff’s lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability was incredibly disappointing. We do not recommend Longhorn Hot Tubs to anyone looking for reliable hot tub service.
