Pack Custom Pools

Oh my, we had our infinity pool built by JOHN PACK in 2014. It’s good to see he is still making magic. Our beautiful home will be up for sale this spring, as we are ready to downsize. Pool is still going strong & will be our biggest selling point. Buddy & Toni Williams

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with John Pack Custom Pools to design and build a custom pool for our new custom home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Design and Planning: Both Sherie and John took the time to understand our vision and preferences. They provided valuable insights and suggestions, ensuring that the final design was classy, beautiful and functional. Their expertise in custom pool design truly shone through. They did not try to upsell us on things we didn’t need or want; they simply wanted to deliver our vision. Construction: The topography and elevation of our pool presented many challenges, but the construction phase was handled with utmost care and precision, and the engineering was solid. The crew was punctual, respectful, and kept the worksite clean. They adhered to the timeline and budget, which was a huge relief. The quality of craftsmanship is evident in every detail of the pool. Customer Service: Communication was excellent throughout the project. The team was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. Final Result: The finished pool exceeded our expectations. It's a stunning addition to our home and has become the centerpiece of our outdoor living space. The attention to detail and quality of work are outstanding and evident. Had we gone with anyone else to build our pool, we would have been greatly disappointed. John is a man of his word, is trustworthy, and knows how to build a great quality pool! Overall, we highly recommend John Pack Custom Pools to anyone looking to create their dream pool. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to excellence make them the top choice for custom pool construction in Georgetown, TX, and the surrounding areas. Thank you, John Pack and team for a wonderful experience.

Pack Pools built our pool for our new home in Georgetown in 2020. The vision we had came to life and we've enjoyed it everyday since. We had some issues in the Snowmageddon of 2021 (but who didn't), and they replaced some equipment promptly and got us back up and running. The process was not without issues, but what pool build is?? What we appreciated most is that John Pack (owner) gave us face time and worked hard to resolve (to complete satisfaction) anything we had concerns about. He reminds me of my father (small business owner) who works hard everyday to provide for his family and his employees. He is a credit to the community of Georgetown and if you're lucky enough to have a Pack Pool, you'll be happy! Pictures shared are from shortly after completion, it looks even better today!

We interviewed other pool builders - we made the right decision with Pack Pools. John Pack Custom Pools went above and beyond our expectations. John and his team were amazing to work with, very responsive, on task, on budget and on time! We had a very specific pool design in mind, John tweaked our plan and made our pool even better than we imagined. The quality of construction is evident.
