Pack Pools built our pool for our new home in Georgetown in 2020. The vision we had came to life and we've enjoyed it everyday since. We had some issues in the Snowmageddon of 2021 (but who didn't), and they replaced some equipment promptly and got us back up and running. The process was not without issues, but what pool build is?? What we appreciated most is that John Pack (owner) gave us face time and worked hard to resolve (to complete satisfaction) anything we had concerns about. He reminds me of my father (small business owner) who works hard everyday to provide for his family and his employees. He is a credit to the community of Georgetown and if you're lucky enough to have a Pack Pool, you'll be happy! Pictures shared are from shortly after completion, it looks even better today!
