Was amazing in going over designs and walking us through the entire process even before any contracts were signed! The process was quick, smooth, transparent and he delivered on every single topic and decision we came up with! The entire process was completed in less than 70 days! And we owe it all to their quick and efficient process and professionalism while maintaining the highest quality.Kevin K. Was an amazing project manager who kept us informed and countiously followed up on the progress and quality of the work being performed! He was always available to answer all our questions and reassure us if we had any questions or concerns which provided great peace of mind during a stressful project that is quite an investment for any family building their dream pool! In terms of all that we did we found the price was very reasonable. Even after the project was completed Kevin followed up and made sure that everything was up to our standards and that we felt comfortable in the job and how to care for our new pool in the future!I highly recommend anyone that is looking to bring their backyard pool dreams to reality to seek the amazing and professional skills that Premier Pool and Spas has to offer!P.S. pictures show the dirt that we decided to keep on site and I spread and leveled myself, Premier Pools and Spas was very thorough and put our yard back together until we were happy with it!
We are off to a great start! We worked with Cody to get the pool designed, and now Kiki is our project manager and is handling the construction phase.We were working with another big pool company before, and everything was difficult and lacked transparency. Premier saved us and has been a joy to work with.We worked with Kristy on picking out the materials, and she was great to work with. She did an excellent job explaining which materials would work well together.I will update this post when the pool is completed, but so far, it has been a 10/10 experience.If you have another quote and are thinking about signing a contract, call Premier and ask for Cody. He will at least give you his two cents on the design and whether he thinks it makes sense.When you decide to go with Premier, ask for Cody and Kiki. They havebeen great to work with. I’m sure the rest of the team at Premier is great too, but ask for these two, and you can be certain you’re in good hands.
Having ingrown pool installedTJ and Fred have been awesome to work with Walked us thru all of the process. We will be ready to swim by summer!!!!!Had weather set us back but our project manager Fred would still stop by almost everyday. Great guy to work with. TJ our designer was great also. Both of them worked hard to make this happen for us.We are so happy and swinging everyday.Premier pools is the way to go. Great people!
We couldn’t be happier with Premier Pool & Spa and the job they did. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. They broke ground in mid-November 2025 and had us swimming right before Christmas — just about 6 weeks start to finish.We worked with three individuals along the way. The Sales Rep initially, then the Construction Foreman during the build and finally the Warranty Manager. Communication was excellent throughout; the team kept us updated at every step, and we never had to wonder what was happening or when the next crew would show up. Everyone who worked on our pool was courteous and clearly knew what they were doing.On top of the great service, their pricing was very fair for the quality of work delivered. We’d recommend Premier Pool & Spa to anyone considering a new pool — timely, professional, and affordable. Couldn’t ask for more!
Don’t hesitate! Build with Premere! Joe our sales person was amazing! So detailed and explained each step clearly. Our project manager Kiki is the BEST! He had us swimming in 2 months! We shopped several other pool builders and hands down Premere is the very BEST!!
