The price was competitive and we appreciated his attention to detail.Matthew supervised the work, and it was executed flawlessly and ahead of schedule. He kept us informed at all times and we appreciated the great communication. The follow-up and information on how to maintain the pool has also been great. Above and Beyond lives up to their name and reputation. From the first interaction with Scott (their sale person) to working with Matt (our project manager) during the process, it has been a great experience with good communication and the finish product is great. Our pool needed a resurface and the company did a fanstatic job. I even recommended the company to my friends who will also need a resurface.The price was reasonable comparing to other companies. The crew are also very professional. Showed up on time and left my property clean after they finished.
From the moment the company came to our house to start the quoting process to the very end, everything was done very professionally and efficiently. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and how quickly our questions were answered. We never got the runaround or were misled. Our project manager Yvonne Cook was superb. She was always right on top of every little thing and quickly responded to anything we needed. It was a big project and a lot of money, but we felt very confident in working with Above And Beyond and knew they would get it right.
I recently completed a pool remodel with Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling & Landscape Design. The final result turned out beautifully, but the process was more involved than I initially expected.The project included travertine installation, pool resurfacing, a handrail, and a paid upgrade to extend my existing Baja shelf. During construction, there were some significant issues, including the Baja shelf extension not being built according to the agreed design and a channel drain that was missed. These required substantial rework, including removing and redoing newly completed PebbleTec.There were also multiple changes in supervisors and crews throughout the project, and not all of these changes were clearly communicated, which appeared to contribute to inconsistencies during construction.To the company’s credit, they did take responsibility and corrected all issues at no additional cost to me.I would also like to recognize Angel, the final supervisor on my project, who was thorough and helped ensure a key issue was properly addressed.For anyone considering a similar project, I would recommend staying actively involved and confirming that all design details are clearly understood before each phase is completed.In the end, I am very happy with how my backyard turned out, but the process required more involvement than I originally anticipated.
Above and Beyond did an excellent job on our pool remodel. This was a complex project including new baja shelf, lighting, tile & pebble, bar stool remodel, new cleaner heads, autofill, rolled edges and renovating an infinity edge.Each part of the project was completed by skilled tradesmen and if there were every any changes or tweaks we wanted, A&B was very flexible and worked with us so that they could transform our vision into reality.The process took about 7 weeks, which included the holiday weeks in late December. The first Project Manager left the company, so Yvonne stepped in to ensure everything was done correctly. Between her, and Mike S, they took care of every detail, communicated well and ensured we were 100% satisfied. The bid price was in the middle compared to other bids, but we knew other homeowners in the area who had positive experience with Above and Beyond and so we had confidence that they would take care of us - and they did.
