We’ve used Living Waters Pool Services for over 32 years without any problems,miscommunication or issues of that sort. In those 32 plus years they’ve replastered our pool twice and multiple pool equipment and pool heater repairs and replacements. They’ve always been reliable and reasonably priced with these projects over the years.They’re so attentive to all things,concerning our swimming pool,so much so that I don’t think about the maintenance of the pool anymore.This is actually an awareness that I’m having as I write this testimonial. I literally don’t think about the maintenance of our pool anymore. And if and when I do have a problem they’ll send someone out right away to tend to the issue.Phone calls are always friendly and professional,feels like they know me as a friend. Due to a chemical imbalance our fairly recent resurfaced pool developed some blue and purple stains because of copper levels. Living Water diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan. The work was done within 3 days and was within the same budget I had been provided by another independent pool contractor. The only caveat is that it is hard to secure their services without also engaging them as your weekly. Luckily for me I needed a new weekly service too.
Glad to have Living Water Pool Service on our side for about 3 years now. Knowledgeable reps both on site and off. If there's an issue, they're quick to resolve and will explain everything that's happening to your system and what they recommend. I don't always get why things happen with the pool levels and filters, but I'm glad LWPS is on top of it. And they do put a lot of care to our system and making sure it's running smoothly. They are costly but you're paying for quality service and a pool is a large investment, you don't want it to go south with someone who isn't knowledgeable or doesn't care! We had pool service companies before Living Water and NONE of them were as good as Caleb and his crew. My pool is always sparkling clean, when I need someone to come out and troubleshoot they come promptly, and should you need new equipment they can install that too. Love these guys. Highly recommend.
Living water team does an amazing job keeping my pool sparkly clean year round. They’re very attentive to your needs. Excellent customer service. Helped me on on Fourth of July with a water emergency and saved the swim party! Highly recommend.
