Amazing from start to finish.Initially, Robert came to my home and we discussed what we were looking for. He put together great pricing and provided me a highly detailed scope of work . Upon signing, Daniella scheduled our work to set the pump and begin chip out. I was amazed how quickly Above and Beyond were able to start and complete the job, 8 working days! Kevin who set the pump, the chip out and interior shoot teams were fast and efficient. I suggest you watch the videos Daniella will supply.Matt, our Project Manager/Supervisor kept me up to date on every aspect of the remodel. He would let me know when someone would be here and each time they were right on schedule. As a PM myself, I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge, communication and execution. I appreciate that he stopped by for every phase of work.I highly recommend Above and Beyond!
We recently contacted Above And Beyond Pools. My original salesperson was Mike Sandoval . Mike was a great communicator. Follow up well and gave us a great deal. Our pool superintendent was Dillon.. He did a great job of keeping us informed of each step that was happening took care of any concerns that I had and we were dead for recommend them and use them in the future.
Everything start to finish was great. Robert made me feel at ease while giving his bid. Threw in some helpful tips and tricks as my husband and I are newer home owners that I greatly appreciated.Dylan did a great job communicating and executing our project. He was timely and quick to respond! Even when I bothered him on a weekend. Made sure to go “above and beyond” and did little extra things to make sure we got the most out of the money we were spending.Pricing was fair and within the same range of the other 3 bids I got for our job. There were so many choices for new pool tile as well.Definitely will be recommending them to others as well as reaching back out for future projects.
I would highly recommend Above and Beyond pool remodeling. They did such a fantastic job remodeling our pool from start to finish. Matt our site manager was awesome. Matt explained everything throughout the process and we never felt pressured into getting something we didn’t need, it was left to us. We always felt Matt was available for any questions we had (even on his day off he helped us with questions). Another thanks to Denise (sales rep) in the office who also treated us very kindly and helped us make some decisions according to our likes. Great business and I was use them again!!
It’s in the name!Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling has provided the best contracting service that I’ve had in any residential service. As a commercial general contractor for over 40 years I have the experience to recognize quality service when I work with a company. Our experience with A&B was great from start to finish. Beginning with the planning and estimating phase, Robert helped me to understand the potential for improving our pool, he provided prompt estimating for all of the ideas, we selected most but not all and he quickly recalculated the estimate. Robert also brought industry professionals to review my in-floor cleaning system to verify that our design was adequate, he made some adjustments that resulted in a net savings to the overall cost, all at no charge.Denise was our design consultant for finish and tile selection, this is the most daunting part of the project. She provided good assistance and shared the pros and cons of different products and manufacturers, I’m sure we wore her out with our inability to make decisions, but in the end I think it came out great.Moving into construction we met Matthew and Dylan, our Project Managers, the did an amazing job communicating the process, schedule and changes to use with multiple texts, emails and phone calls to ensure we were all on the same page. They also were the tip of the spear in dealing with and challenges that arose and I appreciate how easily these items were resolved. I would hire both of these young men if I could.We promptly contracted with A&B and started with pump out by Henry who work around my schedule to get us started. He is very knowledgeable about the pool equipment and was careful to protect our yard and furnishings.Shortly after that we did chip out, half day process, this is not for the faint of heart and is a noisy and dirty process which generates lots of dust, so homeowners need to prepare and move all furnishings in the area to a more protected area. While the crew did a nice job with the cleanup, there was still work for us.Then the fun stuff started with plumbing, concrete and tile all of these items were 1-2 days for our project and each team did a great job listening to the PM’s and providing feedback to improve the end product Matthew & Dylan worked with all of the trade partners very well.After tile was completed the big day arrived to shoot the interior, this was so much fun to watch, a fairly large team arrives and each person knows their job and the quickly set up the work area with all their plastic, protection, hoses, pumps and tools. When the get started with the scratch coat it’s just constant action across the entire pool, these craftsmen turned a globby mass of blue goo into the amazingly smooth and beautifulPebble finish you see in the pictures.I have and will continue to highly recommend Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling at any opportunity.
