We recently moved back to the Northern Phoenix area and became spa owners. We desperately needed an inspection, drain/fill and training. The "Spa Man" and his son came out the next day and performed the necessary maintenance at a reasonable price. They did a wonderful job to make the water crystal clear and provided an interactive tutorial so we can perform minor maintenance ourselves. I would highly recommend Arizona Hot Tub Factory.
Scott is your Hot Tub guy for repairs, new covers, whatever you need done for your spa/hot tub. We live in Sherwood Heights, Heritage East neighborhood of Scottsdale, AZ and Scott personally came out to measure our tub for new cover. In just very few weeks he turns around a beautiful PERFECT cover . . . May be only guy in Valley who makes them here. Many colors to choose from. He hauls away old covers too. Great fit and delivered to my home really fast! Scott and I spoke on the phone and he was super helpful with all the details. I was able to get him measurements over the phone and in about 4 days I had a brand new replacement cover for my hot tub. He also was patient in explaining to me the best ways to maintain the cover for longer life. Great experience for a fair price. I will use AZ Hot Tub Factory again.
