Short version: Best transparent, honest communication in business. Always keeps pool in its best shape and quickly identifies any potential issues.
tl;dr version: Tony (owner) and his team have been doing an outstanding job with my pool for years now. I've been in this house for a long time with many other companies, and Lakeside is, by far, the best experience all-around. Not only is the pool always well-maintained, but (in no particular order):
-always on-schedule
-always enters/leaves property seamlessly and without disruption
-always friendly and respectful in conversations, when I am also doing my own chores (I am female and haven't had such kind experiences with other companies)
-always sends structured and detailed reports about each service, including picture
-prices are clearly set out in the beginning and are always detailed in the weekly reports
-seems to take great care of staff to ensure they can proper time for winter holidays and 2 weeks time off
-easy to auto-pay or make sure anything that costs more than expected is communicated prior to servicing
