Customer Reviews

It was time to have the pool drained, the hard water line removed, and the water balanced after the refill. Tim recommended the tile cleaning service and coordinated the job, telling us exactly how and what would be done over a 2&1/2 day period. Everything was completed exactly as he'd stated. He also completed a repair that was needed. He and his crew did an amazing job, and I highly recommend Perfection Pools LLC. Thanks Tim!

I love working with Tim and his team. They are always 100% honest and transparent. My pool is consistently well taken care of, and I really appreciate how they anticipate what needs to be done before it ever becomes an issue. They are great people to work with, and I would highly recommend Perfection Pools to all my friends and family.

We are new to pool ownership. After reading online reviews, we decided to contact Perfection Pools to help us out. We were so impressed by their timely response and professionalism. Tim came out and gave us “pool school” to show us the basics and explain how the weekly service they provide would work. If there is a schedule change, they always provide ample notification. If we ever have an issue, we send a text and receive a prompt reply and can usually get added to the schedule if necessary.

Outstanding Service from Perfection Pools LLC
Perfection Pools truly lived up to their name. I found them on Google along with a few other companies and requested quotes from each. Perfection Pools stood out immediately with their prompt and professional communication, as well as a fair and competitive price.
Tim scheduled a date and time for the job and arrived exactly when he said he would. He and his team were respectful, efficient, and got to work right away. Michael did a thorough job cleaning the pool and kept me updated throughout the entire process, making sure I understood each step and what to expect next.
The pool now looks absolutely spotless, and I’m beyond excited to start using it. I highly recommend Tim and his team for their excellent work, professionalism, and top-notch communication. A+ service all around!
