Victory did a fantastic job on our new pool in Victory, Verrado. Only 45 days from first "shovel to splash"! (Be sure and ask them about the crushed Abalone shells added to Pebblesheen - it looks stunning!)There were very few days when somebody from Victory wasn't at work on our pool, hardscape or landscape. And there was never a time when we couldn't reach somebody if we had a question or request. In fact our Designer (Andy) left the day our dig began, but it made no difference as Nate (co-owner), Sean (co-owner), Pedro (site super) or his apprentice Michael, all immediately stepped up to make sure things progressed smoothly (and beautifully).We were about to contract with another firm but as we had 3 upcoming vacations taking us away during construction, I was concerned for all the miscellaneous and unsupervised "subs" the other firm utilized. But with Victory everyone is dedicated (and held accountable!) to them. The fact that Victory outfits everyone in "team shirts" tells you something about how Nate and Sean run this business. (Think about it - its pretty nice when you wake up to strangers working in your backyard - yet you recognize everyone of them belongs by their similiar Victory attire).Not only is the pool, yard, and daily clean-up first rate, but the equipment installed is as well. Now I have as maintenance-free a pool as I could have desired. And one who's style suits our lifestyle, house, and view perfectly. If I ever build another pool I will definetly use Victory again.
Victory pool and spa did an outstanding job on designing our dream backyard! They were timely, professional and courteous from the first day to completion of the entire project. They really were able to create the spa like look we desired. All the extras they put into our landscape around the pool is beautiful. I would not hesitate to use them again, if needed in the future! In addition, they respond quickly to any concerns/questions you may have during and after the completion of your pool. Great customer service!
Nate, Sean and Pedro are the best. It’s been over two years and people are still in awe of what they accomplished in our backyard. They were great in designing and even making adjustments during the build. Pedro’s crew’s attention to detail was second to none. Even now if we have a question they are readily available to answer and even stop by if necessary. Their service did not stop at completion. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice addition to their property, front or back.
We had our backyard overhauled by Victory Pool and Spa as 2/3 of our yard (spool and palo verde tree) was not utilized. We had bought our resale in 2019 with the hopes of one day adding a pool. In January '25 we started talks with them and 2 other pool companies. We chose Victory Pool and Spa as I trusted them from the start and were local in my neighborhood. The project included, design, permits, demo and final landscape.The demo including an existing 10' Spool and had to work around existing perimeter landscape. Their construction team had to run bobcats back 'n forth down our small side yard. We were fortunate that they carefully managed to save our travertine pavers and later integrated those into the hardscape which matched our covered back patio pavers. They moved the Gazebo to the other side to open up our view to the mountains, added a gas line for our fire pit and installed our beautifully custom designed pool and hot tub with jets that have some very strong power.Nate was on sight almost daily checking the progress and was always so responsive and there wasn't a question he couldn't handle or answer. Needless to say, he and Sean have an excellent team of knowledgable professionals. They masterfully transformed our backyard into a resort oasis. The entire Victory team Nate, Sean, Betsy, Pedro and his crews... they all did an amazing job, and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished product! I would highly recommend their services, especially if you want quality and it complete in a timely manner!
Before choosing Victory Pool and Spa, we got several quotes. Their cost was neither the most nor the least expensive. We decided to work with them because of Andy's friendly demeanor, great ideas, and easy-going nature. We also had a positive experience with the rest of the team. Sean, the owner, was always available to answer our many questions, and Nate, the site manager, was great to work with. Jarrett helped us design how the plants would complement our layout. The workmanship quality, timely construction, and the amazing teams that brought our backyard vision to life were outstanding. Victory Pool and Spa is a company that works with integrity, honesty, and vision. Every team member we worked with was incredible, and we had no bad experiences.
