We couldn't be happier with our experience with Del Prado Pool & Spa and the installation of our Soake Pool. From the very beginning, Tim and John were incredibly helpful in envisioning our dream backyard and guiding us through the entire process. What really stood out was their communication. Whenever we had questions, Tim and John were always available, answered the phone, and took the time to ensure we understood everything. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service made the whole project smooth and stress-free. The finished pool exceeded our expectations, and we're grateful for the care and attention they put into every step of the installation. Del Prado Pool and Spa has been outstanding in planning, design and delivery of our Soake Pool. They guided us through the options and gave us pricing and a timeline that held all the way through the project. After delivery they helped us set up both hardware and software and their support when needed has been unconditional. The few times we talked to Soake themselves during the design phase, they were incredibly responsive and helpful as well. The pool has been used frequently through the winter here in Michigan and we are looking forward to a first summer with a Soake!

John, Tim, and crew did a great job on our pool and whole back yard oasis. The pool looked great, the team was very professional with great communications and had the attention to the details that you want in a company. I would definitely recommend them.
