When talking to the owner, Cody, he scheduled a next day service to come out that never showed up. We called and left a message without response. We have called him multiple times but he will not answer any of the calls. I figured if this post can help anyone not get scammed, it’s worth a review.
Located in Grand Rapids, we installed a large salt-water hot tub, and engaged Innovo Spa Serivces to get it going properly. Seth was on time, very professional and courteous, and most important, knew exactly what he was doing. It is working well. We have signed up for monthly service for the year. Thank you!
