I called Ryan about a pool table and he was great to deal with.Sent me the info I needed to make the right choice for my room.They delivered and setup and the whole experience was excellent
Bought a hot tub and they were good during the entire process, a bit slow to reply at times but overall good. Dave agreed to refund me a service charge that the loan company charged in order to earn our business. Once we got the tub I followed up a few times regarding this and still haven’t received it. Will not recommend solely based on the fact that they lied to earn our business. Love the tub itself though.
We have been using Beachcomber for years with our hot tub with limited issues. Recently went to purchase a pool table placed a deposit on a pool table and set a delivery date for the first week in January, delivery was delay several times stating issues with transportation and with @canadianbillards shipping some of the wrong parts, the issues were ongoing. When calling to confirm delivery on Tuesday Jan 21 they said it wouldn't be until late February, when I expressed my frustration I got yelled at by an employee and told to come get my deposit followed by her hanging up on me. The next day we pulled our deposited, and called a company in Edmonton we got a Pool Table out of Edmonton delivery the following day Jan 23rd, all in all we got a higher quality pool table for a significantly less money including delivery fee and got to deal with professionals.
Hello,Contrary to what is being said on this thread I recently made a purchase from Backyards and Billiards and have wanted a pool table for a long time but never really looked into it seriously until recently.The manager April was very professional and knowledgeable about the payment processes and the options available to be able to get one for myself.The young woman Kirsten at the front desk who was very pleasant and smiled the entire time also very knowledgeable and was the one that got me interested in seriously considering purchasing one.My experience was nothing short of amazing with all that was included and I hope to do more business with them in the near future.
Had to replace my hot tub heater right before a cold snap and they had it In stock. Friendly customer service. Fair prices.
