I needed my liner replaced and Ben has been great to work with from the start. They also came in with the best estimate by far. We had a bit of a headache with the liner, which was actually my fault. Ben was able to get the liner in, and my pool is perfect. I would highly recommend BellyFlop Pools.

This is the best pool company we have ever had in our 30+ years with our pools. We called several like others people do too. They were really booked or didn’t want to replace our liner.Just saying just call BellyFlop Pool 1st. He was so professional and friendly. My husband called to ask about a new liner. He came over that day after work to see our pool and took measurements. Said he will get price and send us liners we could pick from. We paid and it was ordered all in 1 week. He also recommended a pad under our pool bottom. Everyone has loved it so much.They were here and worked very hard. They even started filling it for us.We can not say enough praise for BellyFlop. I needed a new liner for my pool for three years. I had contacted a few (unnamed) companies and they were either so hard to work with or way to expensive. I had contacted BellyFlop on the recommendation of a family friend and it was such a positive experience right from the start. I had received a quote for my liner replacement within the hour of the first phone call and it was at a great rate. We had some unfortunate events happen to the original pool and it was going to need to be replaced. They were super helpful and gave me tons of information on a replacement. The new install took only two days and the install next to my deck was SUPER clean. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them with any of your pool needs. We have had a pool put up at our previous home, so we were at least somewhat familiar with the process. I know that when you put up an above ground pool, it should all be done in a day, maybe two. When you hire a professional, you should not have to monitor their equipment, they should not leave it unattended until the liner is set. Ben did not monitor, and the liner pulled away. Then, his fix was to use duct tape on our new $15,000 pool! Ben worked a partial day here and there vs actually getting the job done. We had stagnant water sitting in our pool for 10 days in 90° weather! No skimmer or pumps hooked up. You can imagine what it was starting to look like at this point. He then was going to leave it sit like this over the 4th of July weekend yet. Thankfully we found another company to come take the railing off, remove his duct tape job, put new clamps on, and hook up the rest of our equipment the same day he told us he wasn’t coming again. Since Ben did half the work that was agreed upon, we thought it fair we pay him for half the estimate. He then proceeded to take us to court. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional that will get your pool installed promptly and correctly without you having to stay home to monitor what he should be doing. When you purchase a new pool, you are excited to use it. Who wants to wait weeks and then have to get all the algae etc cleaned up before you can enjoy it? I would not recommend Bellyflop.
