We bought our Hydropool Serenity 4500 (Perfect Size and layout for a couple!) in June 2025 from Bruce. First of all we shopped EVERY Hot Tub Store in Green Bay and Bruce was above all THE BEST! We have loved using the pool all summer, fall and now into February when I needed to empty it and re-fill for the first time. I was a bit nervous about doing it but Bruce stopped by, in Sturgeon Bay,! and helped me do it. It was easy , quick and simple. Bruce’s after sale service is Above and Beyond. Don’t be shy about getting a tub because of the maintenance and service Hot Tub Pool & Patio and Bruce make it easy!! 100%!!!!!

Bought our laZy boy tub from Bruce going on 16 months ago! Love love love it! Very winter efficient outdoors we use it almost daily, I've had hot springs, master spa and Sundance tubs in my lifetime, I think this new one is the best one yet! I recommend lazy boy!
