I purchased our pool from Paul a few years back and the service from him and his team from day one has been exemplary. Whether it's a quick stop for a part, a chemical need, or even a "phone a friend" question I have, they are very helpful and thorough every time. Highly recommend Pool & Spa Warehouse if you need a pool, spa, or sauna place. Great place, great people.

Great service helping us get chemicals and cover for our hot tub. Quick and friendly return of an item that we purchased that did not fit. Will definitely work with them in the future for our hot tub needs.

We purchased the QCA Jewel Series Moonstone Deluxe spa from Pool and Spa Warehouse in Green Bay, and couldn’t be happier. Paul and his team provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and easy. The spa itself is amazing—high-quality, comfortable, and perfect for our backyard. I highly recommend Pool and Spa Warehouse for anyone looking for top-notch products and service!

Paul spent almost half an hour on the phone with us helping us to troubleshoot the issue we were having with the pool pump. He helped us to rule out certain issues and gave us the confidence to tackle the issue with the pump ourselves on a holiday weekend. We were successful and greatly appreciate Paul's knowledge, expertise, and the time He took to help us. We were already customers and happy with their prices and stock. We are now thrilled with their great customer service as well and couldn't recommend Paul and the team there more.
