We bought a Stealth Grecian pool and could not be happier with it! Emily was fantastic to work with—she was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and helped us easily understand our options.We also added the new Shelf Lounger, and I absolutely love using it. It’s the perfect tanning ledge and doesn't take up any actual room in the pool. Highly recommend!A special shoutout to Ray, the owner, for truly going above and beyond with his customer service. We were out of town the week our pool was completed and ready to be started up. Ray personally came by, added the necessary chemicals, cleaned everything up, and turned on the pump. He even sent us photos showing our ledge lounger in place and the pool looking absolutely sparkling clean.To top it off, on the day he was leaving for his own vacation, Ray stopped by again after we returned home to walk us through how everything works and answer all of our questions. That level of personal service and dedication is hard to find, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We had a great experience purchasing our pool, and Sandra made the whole process easy from start to finish. She was incredibly quick to respond to every email and always made sure all of my questions were answered with detailed quotes and information. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. Her excellent communication and customer service made us feel confident in our purchase. I highly recommend asking for Sandra if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping her customers!
A complete nightmare that Paradise pool should make their customers aware before having us sign our savings away to them. We made a purchase with them on 3/30/26 for an above ground pool. We were told everything was included and all we had to do was just purchase with them and rest will be taken care of. Almost $10,000 no pool and the charges continue from an outside company ( Piedmont spa & pool) that paradise said they would take care of … They are rude, careless, they have no problem wasting your time and then charge you for it. I’m in tears! My savings thrown away and treated like it doesn’t matter. I’m leaving a 2 star review, wish it could be zero but it’s less likely for them to filter out and make a 2 star review disappear.5/28/26UpdateParadise Pool reached out to the owner of Piedmont Spa & Pool, Casey, and he did contact us and we are working on things.For full transparency, we are first-time buyers. We relied heavily on what we were told by the salesperson, Sandra. She was very charismatic and charming, but I believe we may have been her first or second sale. We trusted what was being said to us, including “everything is included” and “no worries.” Looking back, that was our first mistake.I’m thankful to Paradise for helping us get in touch with Casey and also thank you for posting the terms. However, I believe both Paradise and Piedmont should be more humble and compassionate toward their customers, even after getting paid.A bit of human touch.
I couldn’t be happier with my new hot tub from Paradise Pool and Spa! After a disappointing experience with a Catalina Berkshire model from another company, this hot tub is a total game-changer. The build quality is fantastic, and the customer service was top-notch. A huge thank you to the owner, Ray, who was incredibly helpful loading my spa, and to Emily, the salesperson, who was so knowledgeable and attentive. If you’re in the market for a hot tub, I highly recommend them!
