Their attention to detail, responsiveness and positive work ethic have proven an excellent representation of good business.Rob demonstrates creativity from the start in his design work. I’ve noticed him dedicate considerable time to listening to opinions of clients, while taking hand written notes. He builds upon their vision with his own unique expertise and received a very positive feedback regarding the finished 3D rendering.Katina has been timely & responsive through text, calls and emails. She has answered an endless amount of questions from myself, all while maintaining positivity & professionalism. - I found her ability to discuss project details and address concerns very helpful while getting quick answers via phone.Landon is possibly the only 30-ish year old with 30 years of experience that i have encountered. - He’s maintained an open-arm policy with sharing details, educating and offering guidance, even while on-site. Always shows up on time, or early and leads his team with confidence. I would consider him an expert in mitigation & pace, his lack of mistakes during construction is commendable.I continue to have productive and enjoyable experiences with this team, so i continue to recommend them confidently.
Overall, working with the River Pools team was a very good experience. Landon and Rob were great to work with and very knowledgeable. Katelyn was also very responsive with all my questions. There were some bumps along the way which are expected with projects of this scale, but were resolved fairly quickly. This is the opening of my 2nd season and I love my new"work from home" view!
Midway point of installing a fiberglass pool. Hillsborough, N.C.River Pools of Greensboro, N.C. is a family run pool company that can be trusted with keeping their word and delivering what is promised...and then some. Before deciding on a pool company, we did a ton of research and came to understand that this project would be a months long process with a lot of moving parts. In saying that, the pool was in the ground a lot sooner than expected. Rob, Kat, and Alexus have guided us through the process every step of the way, answered all questions, and have been super accommodating with all requests and concerns up to this point of the project. Thank you Rob, Kat, Alexus, and crew for the great work thus far!Finished Installation...Thank you River Pools of Greensboro for a wonderful pool and your continued support. We could say more but the updated pictures speak for themselves. We are very pleased with the final product!UPDATE: July 2024 (Three years after install)The paver installation, that River Pools was responsible for at significant cost, is failing due to the polymeric sand joints crumbling. This causes water to get underneath the pavers creating an uneven surface. River Pools contractually warrants their workmanship, incrementally, up to five years. Presently they are refusing to address their warranty. If anything changes, we will post another update, but as of now be wary of any follow up to their warranty.UPDATE: October 2024River Pools of Greensboro honored the warranty and contract by completely removing all pavers, repaired the base, reinstalled the pavers, added additional deco drain, and a vapor barrier under the pavers to prevent polymeric sand joint failure. Super job Ron, Kat, Landon, and Brian! Thank you all.
We have had a great experience with the River Pool teams. Landon and his team were great to work with. They were great at communicating and ensuring we were always informed. Any project of this scale you have to come in with kindness and patience and you get that in return. I can’t wait for our first season with our new “River Pool”!I’ll post some final photos once landscaping is completed! But enjoy this sample ??
River Pools of Greensboro just finished our pool install. This was our first real upgrade to any home. Definitely recommend the crew from River Pools. Nothing is going to go perfect but they responded to every call, text and email in a timely manner. Installation went well and everything was done in time for the warm weather.
