My experience with City View Pools in not related to their pool expertise, but with the kind and generous way they treat each and every customer that walks in their door. They knew I was not going to require their services or need to purchase their products, but I still received the same kindness and thoughtfulness as if I were buying a full compliment of products. Their generosity of spirit tells me they would always be keeping their customers needs first and foremost in their mind. Thank you Samantha and staff!
I'm so very disappointed with this business. Not so much the store, but the installation. We spent $12k + for a beautiful above ground pool that we got to enjoy for 1.5 seasons. Seems that this business does not stand behind it's product. The bottom of the pool is full of divits because they didn't take the time to pack down the sand or build the base properly. Pieces of the pool are missing. Bottom caps etc. Now because of these problems, we will be pooless this summer because we will be spending our weekends trying to fix it right ourselves so we can enjoy our pool for many seasons to come. When I contacted the store they just passed the buck to someone else who then blamed it on my yards drainage. There has been a pool same size in this yard for 20+ years and it's not been a problem. The only time that part of my yard is wet is when the pool is leaking. I guess the point of my post is to tell people to think twice before they spend their hard earned money here
Spoke to Samantha on the phone for help on an issue with our pool. She was unable to help us with the repair but the knowledge she shared on what to do you can’t put a price on…. Thanks!
New swimspa owner here. Know nothing about it .... yes, despite the YouTube videos, because my spa is old & not on video. Anyways, the staff and management of Cityview have been absolutely incredible with their help, wisdom, and expertise. I went to other shops in the city but these guys are by far the best. Thank you all so very much.
Amazing customer service - the team working at City View took the time to walk me through how to do everything for my new spa and answered every question I had (no matter how small). They always have reasonable wait times, test water to see exactly how to best make changes and give solid advice. After a negative experience at another local pool supplier, City View was like finding a hidden gem. Wont be going anywhere else!
