We highly recommend Pristine! Crystal and Mark are just great! They installed a fibreglass in-ground pool for our project. During the planning, Crystal and Mark were attentive and took the time to work with us to figure out what we need and how to get there in a timely and economical manner.Once we got started, it was clear we hired the right firm. The crew was friendly and took their time to ensure the work was completed correctly and to a high standard. Mark was out there personally as well to make sure things went well and we were happy. The subcontractors they hired were just as top-notch. Mark and Crystal were both great to deal with. They were super knowledgeable and helped us pick the right colour, location, and style of fibreglass pool for our dream backyard. We bit the bullet and decided to get a pool during the summer of 2024, assuming we would need to wait until 2025 to get it installed. When we decided to go with Pristine, we were absolutely thrilled Mark and his team were able to fit us in and get everything done for us in the Fall of 2024. We're so excited for the coming summer, because we'll now get a full season out of the pool because Pristine was able to accommodate us!
Last summer, Mark and his team at Pristine Pools installed our family’s dream pool!Mark was able to help us design a layout that met our backyard’s grading needs and it turned out amazing. Our finished product is a 40-foot-long sunken pool with 2 layers of armor stone on one side with stairs going up the middle.From our initial consultation, all the way through to the final cleanup, Mark and Crystal were a pleasure to work with. They communicated the construction plans throughout the entire process and were happy to review any changes and ideas that we had as the project went along. The crew members were always very courteous and kept our driveway and yard as clean as possible throughout the construction.We had a very rainy start to the year and yet the team kept on schedule and even worked weekends when rain would cause problems during the week.The equipment that Pristine installs is top notch, and we now have a “smart” pool that can be controlled on our phones so that we always know its condition, control its lighting, and can have it ready for whenever we want to use it. This helps us ensure the pool water is safe, temperature is perfect, and most importantly more pool days for our family!The professionalism that the team at Pristine showed is exactly what we had hoped for when we signed on with them. The prices quoted matched what they delivered, which is what you get when you work with a quality company.Our backyard has now become a summer oasis for our family, and we are happy to recommend Pristine Pools to anyone looking to get a pool installed!

We had the pleasure of working with Mark and Crystal starting in September 2019 and we continue to receive their support with our pool.
