I started out wanting to purchase a pool through Aqua Master until I shopped around and realized they were a scam.I asked if they price matched…. Simple yes or no. Instead I got an email as if it were like a “he said she said”I was just hoping to stay local. But I am glad I shopped around for sure. But I should have realized right away when they were charging me $175 for a “site visit”. Apparently they wanted to survey my yard which is was totally fine and after me telling them what they are gonna find they did send someone out. When their guy arrived he was there for 2 min and couldn’t wait 5 min till I got home so I could have a conversation. I paid for this thinking that the install would be cheaper when they had a look. Well to my surprise that didn’t happen. It was top install price of $5300. My yard is a new build meaning NO grass and on FLAT land. When I had asked them they had told me that since they did my 2 minute site assessment on the 25th the material prices went up by the time I got my quote on the 30th. ??Another thing that blew my mind was the install went from middle of June to the middle of July…..I asked for the money they scammed back… with no reply.I went with another company in the valley at that. And you guessed it…. They don’t even charge me a fee for site visit and over all cheaper. And it’s looking like end of may for my install. They have 30yr exp and NEVER heard of Aqua Master.People do your research. Shop around.To Aqua Master, I’ll revise my review if I get my money back.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Aquamaster. I booked a service call for my hot tub with the help of a friendly employee, Eden. However, on the appointment day, no technician arrived. When I called to follow up, I was informed that the service call had been canceled due to a lack of a spare part.I was surprised that a spare part would be needed before even assessing the issue. I then contacted the owner, who informed me that there would be an additional charge per mile driven. This was despite having a confirmed appointment and a previously agreed-upon price.When I expressed my concerns, the owner became defensive and even threatened to double the price. I am disappointed with the unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service I experienced. I would caution others to proceed with caution when dealing with Aquamaster.
This winter we decided to invest in our first pool purchase and our experience with Aqua Master has been amazing ! We made the decision in February with snow on the ground and Andrew met me the next day at the house to ensure our location idea was going to work . After that initial meeting the experience was seamless . I was hopeful we could get installed early and Andrew was upfront and honest about previous bookings and weather etc but we made deal . April 29th the installation team arrived and excavated then two days later the pool was up , two days after that the plumbers came and the next day pool was filled .Pool has been up and running since May and has been great . I had one small issue with a part (no fault of theirs )and the team was on it and had it corrected right away . From instore questions (which I had many ) to water tests it has been a Great experience , Thank you .
Purchase or spa and the customer service was fantastic. Scott was amazing to deal with. A few issue in the beginning at to fault to them. The owner was here in less than five minutes and fixed the problem. Excellent to deal with and will continue to go back. I feel that our purchase is as incredible. So in love with our hot tub.
Went in person to ask about replacement headrest for hot tub as well as jets. The girl who helped me never did call me back if they could get the items. It's been over 2 weeks so I ordered online. Would have preferred to support local but they need better customer service.
