Buds Spa’s and Pools did an amazing job with our backyard pool! From start to finish it just only took them 3 weeks before we were swimming. Don’t let me forget that they were the lowest of our quotes we received. They took care of all the permits and electrical/gas technicians. They were very communicative throughout the process and didn’t leave us waiting on replies if we had any questions. Lindsay was very helpful for the selections we had to made and payment schedule. Paul was the prep crew lead and was an awesome guy to deal with. Only reason we gave 4 stars was because they didn’t really ask/communicate with us regarding where to put the left over screening sand they didn’t need. They unfortunately cover and buried our black garden rock that we spent time relocating from one garden to another. So that’s a clean up we will have to do next year. Right now we just want to swim!

He took the time to explain what I needed and helped me sort out the pipe connections properly. Thanks to his advice, the pool is now operating perfectly. Bud’s Pools installed a plunge pool and we are so happy that we chose this company to work with. Although this can be scary and stressful, Bud’s made it a pleasant experience. Lindsay was our point person, and she is phenomenal to work with. Communication is excellent. We had lots of questions and Lindsay always made us feel that we were tops on her list. She was excellent at keeping us informed, and scheduling the various stages of the project. All of the crews they used for the various stages were long term associates of Bud’s Pools and they were great. Professional, prompt, friendly and thorough. We went with Lindsay’s recommendations for gas, electrical and carpentry and again, excellent experiences with everyone involved.

The follow up water and equipment orientation were great, informative and not too technical. They took away all the concerns and made it very easy to understand.

We finally did it!! We looked around for years for a company that could do our pool for an affordable price. Called buds and spoke with Lindsay and she was amazing from beginning to end. Buds set a 3 week time table for our pool (depending on weather of course) weather was perfect and the pool was finished in 3 weeks! We had a minor issue and we contacted buds and they came and fixed it asap! I highly recommend using them. Thank you too everyone at buds you guys are amazing! If you need help with anything to do with Pools, ask for Chris really nice guy. Went out Of his way to FaceTime me when I had a pool problem and I truly appreciate that customer service. I only come here for all my pool issues.
