I received my Maple Hot tub today which I purchased at Hot tubs Hamilton. Matt and Matt were both excellent to deal with. Everything they said they would do , they did !!They care very much about the customer experience and I believe them when they say we are here for you. I have absolutely no issues recommending them. We did a lot of shopping around and their pricing was better than anywhere else we went.
Matt and Matt were great to work with: both very professional, friendly and quick to reply. They both took the time to find the best fit for me and my family! I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of my new Maple Tub and will try to follow up in a few years time! Thanks Guys!
We purchased our hot tub at hot tub Hamilton six months ago, the install was great. Matt and Matt were both very knowledgable and accommodating, personable and very patient. They addressed our concerns, and made time to have me actually try out the hot tub prior to purchase in their show room. They also gave us a great deal! We would highly recommend them for any hot tub/ swimming pool needs.Thanks guys for a great experience!
I ordered a product and was give a time frame. When I called the store to inquire if the product had come in I was greeted with attitude and rudeness. Regretted I purchased an expensive item from someone local that doesn’t know how to provide good customer service.
Very happy with our Maple hottub purchase and our experience with Matt. He was very professional, reliable and patient in answering all of our questions. We never felt rushed to make a decision, it took us 3-4 months to go ahead. Matt made the process super easy. Even though the sale is made, he is still there to answer all our questions about spa maintenance. Chris Pollock - recommended to us by Matt for electrical was also fantastic! It was a big purchase and we are very happy we did it with them!
