Gary used to be someone I had a good working relationship with, but that has changed. Communication has become unreliable, especially when trying to follow up about ongoing or unfinished work.Calls and messages often go unanswered or are only read without a response, which makes it difficult to get anything completed without repeatedly chasing for updates. While I understand people get busy, basic professional courtesy requires clear and timely communication with past clients.Because of this lack of responsiveness and follow-through, I would not recommend his services.
Gary was amazing to work with when my hot tub stopped working. He gave plenty of options at different cost points, which included refurb and fix options. Gary was able to get me a refurb in very quick fashion and when I had trouble connecting the Softub, he helped me through it, which was very helpful and next level support.I would definitely come back here to fix my hot tub.Thanks
Poor customer service. Repeated phone calls were never returned. Communication is key when dealing with high ticket items, and this business failed completely.I am not surprised that you could not locate a record of my calls. At this point I am no longer seeking resolution. Only accuracy. My review reflects the lack of communication I have experienced. I will never call again.

Gary was a great person to deal with! From checking out the different available hot tubs, to choosing the one for us, to the delivery and questions we had, I can't thank him enough! Very professional, wasn't pushing us to a specific hot tub, and was easy to work with. The delivery guys were great, took their time, and made sure everything was good before leaving. When it is time to upgrade, I'll be going back to Mountain hot tubs!
