The service was quick, honest, and professional all at a fair price. Definitely recommend using! I have them saved for all my pool needs

Beautiful pool but the service… not so much.
Communication and follow up can definitely be improved… our pool was “done” in October and as I write this on December 4th, we’re still waiting for them to finish!
Unfortunately, not a good of experience as we would have expected for a company that is part of a franchise.
Our pool was not cheap - we expected good service at the minimum!
I’ll update this when the project is done … my timer is still ticking.

As first time pool owners Premier Pools made the process seamless. From the office personnel Johanna, the Project Manager Robert and the pool school guru Wally the experience has been very pleasant and professional! Highly recommend!!
