If you are looking to have an in-ground pool built, Premier Pools & Spas is the company to call. Excellent, courteous and professional staff. Sergio was great at working with me in designing the pool I wanted. He was never pushy, 'trying to make a sale'. He listened to what I wanted in a pool and using my house prints, created what my pool would look like. I was not disappointed!Also, working with Robert Herrera, the man responsible for taking Sergio's design and making it a reality, was a wonderful experience. He provided great details of the process, a timeline and was in constant communication, letting me know if plumber, electrician, inspector or construction crew would be at my house to perform a job/task.They worked diligently and finished within the given timeline. I am very happy and satisfied with my pool. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you are looking for people who have experience building pools!! They are great!!
Started "pool shopping" with Alan Martinez of Premier Pools & Spa in early January and by Memorial Day of '25 we had our pool. Alan worked hard for us and well with us. The professionalism and sincerity he showed us, to build the pool we envisioned, was second to none. He was amazing.And that amazing professionalism extended to the build. Robert Herrera, Project Manager for Premier Pools & Spa, exhibited the same professionalism and sincerity we came to know with the Premier Pools. Robert met all the timelines, all the build requirements, was in contact with us constantly to make sure we were happy and had any concerns answered. He paid attention to little things such as making sure all work crews cleaned up after themselves. We never found trash or debris in our backyard while the build took place. He made this whole experience so great and easy and for that, my family and I are so grateful for him. We still keep in contact to this day as he calls or texts to see that we are doing good and if we have any concerns about the pool or it's components. It's hard to find customer service after the fact, and Robert makes sure that we always have it.If you're in the market or shopping for a pool. I can't recommend Premier Pools enough. Alan Martinez and Robert Herrera outdid themselves from start to finish. And because of them, we have an outdoor space to enjoy and make memories for years to come. Thank you gentleman. Premier pools built our family a beautiful family friendly pool. We began with planning the pool with Jon Collins. He gave us options for materials and different design features to consider. He was very well informed and very thorough. Premier Pools was able to complete our project before a big deadline we had, hosting our granddaughter’s birthday. Our project manager, Robert Herrera, kept us informed at each stage of the building process. He explained each part of the process to us. It was a very smooth build and end result is beautiful.There is a reason Premiere Pools is considered the best. They deliver. Thanks to everyone involved. I highly, highly recommend building your pool with Premier Pools and Spas RGV. The tile we used was from their Aurora Borealis collection and when the sun hits it, it reflects northern lights into the pool and is the most beautiful experience.I was very impressed with their prices, permitting process and the fact that they use superior safety features and standards when they built our pool.Johnna helped us design a one of a kind beautiful pool and spa that elevated our entire backyard.Robert our project manager did an excellent job with construction, communication, and meeting the deadlines we expected.I highly recommend this company and Robert and Johnna if you build with them.
