I worked with this pool company for over 6 months, and my experience was very disappointing.From the beginning, they present themselves as professional with messages about filter cleaning and routine maintenance, but in reality the focus is constant upselling. They provided inspection reports filled with unnecessary and misleading claims, including telling me my pool motor needed replacement and suggesting multiple expensive “repairs” that were not actually needed.The most serious issue was with my pool heater. They initially claimed it was not working. Later, without my knowledge or consent, a technician turned it on. I only discovered it the next day when my gas bill jumped from around $60 to $450. When I confronted them, they first denied responsibility and said their technician did not do it. Only after a long dispute and the possibility of legal action did they reimburse me.Service quality was also inconsistent. Different technicians showed up almost every week, and the pool was often not properly cleaned. When I documented this with photos and videos, their response was to blame external conditions like wind.Overall, this company relies heavily on marketing and upselling rather than honest service. Everything I mention here is documented. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
Lucas has been our primary weekly pool tech, but I understand he recently took on an expanded role within the company for which I am happy for him. So Caleb serviced our pool this week and is going to be assuming his route for which I was am very appreciative of...Caleb is every bit the same joyful and engaging person as Lucas. He explains what he is doing and why. He shares his life and inquires of yours. I know that Priority will be well represented by Caleb and I am proud that they saw greater potential in Lucas:-}

We had a guy named Gabriel who came out and did a fantastic job cleaning our pool. I'm used to cleaning my own pool in the past, and I'm very thorough. But this guy did a better job than me. I was so surprised that I called Priority Pools to speak to his manager on how great of a job that he did. I personally recommend this place for anyone to use for their pool service. I promise you that you won't regret it.
