JAL Pools truly exceeded our expectations! Their customer service was exceptional. We were quite particular about our pool renovation, changing our minds almost every step of the way. But Drew was incredibly patient and accommodating. He guided us through the entire process, helping us design our dream pool.The owner, Jeff, was also incredibly helpful. He provided us with multiple bids within our budget, offering various design options from different plaster products to coping choices. Everything was presented clearly and easily understandable.Not only was their customer service outstanding, but the quality of their craftsmanship was equally impressive. We could sense that every employee involved in our pool renovation had received extensive training. From the plasterers to the tile installers and the cover guys, they were all polite and meticulous in their work.We couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome of our pool renovation. Jeff even hired me as a professional videographer to capture the before-and-after results, which you can watch in the video below.A heartfelt thank-you to JAL Pools for all your hard work and patience with my picky wife and me!
Jeff at JAL Pools is hands down the BEST contractor we've worked with. He was patient with us as we planned a pool, pivoted, moved, and planned a second pool. He was always on time and communicated everything, so the pool part of our project was seamless. If we had only been building a pool, the project would have been completed really quickly. He was willing to work with the other contractors on our project and work within the timeframes they required as well. Jeff was always punctual, professional and communicated extremely well, both to us and everyone involved. We are extremely pleased with our pool and hot tub and the entire build process from start to finish. He went above in beyond in coming back to inspect the work and demanding a perfect pool and job, including cleaning up bits of plaster on the coping that we didn't even notice. He is always willing to answer our questions now that the pool is done. His expertise, attention to detail, reliability, and communication are what every contractor should provide. Thank you Jeff!
