Thank goodness for Pacific Hot Tub Solutions. I requested a drain and clean after our hot tub had been off and not used for over 2 years. Water had gotten in and things were growing, it was gross. Now, it's not! The service folks were friendly and even got the cover looking nice again. They were able to schedule me within the week. THANK YOU!
The team was on time and incredibly pleasant to work with. They were incredibly efficient; I thought the hot tub removal would take a bit of time but there were done very quickly!Would hire them again and strongly endorse them to prospective customers :)
Once they arrived on-site, work was done quickly and efficient.I would have rated them higher if they were better about communicating as to arrival time. Appointment was scheduled with an arrival between 9-11am but they did not arrive until almost 2pm with no communication letting me know they would be late.
