Highly Recommend West Bay Pools!I researched heavily before taking on this project. Goal: quality, timely, reasonably priced, and artfully accomplished. We had a positive experience working with West Bay Pools. From the initial custom 3D design phase all the way to the final fill, their project management was proficient (broke ground mid-January, completed mid-March). Building a pool can be stressful, but they handled all our local town permitting and strict POA approvals seamlessly (First week, three inspections that passed in one day).We love that top-tier equipment like the salt system and automation came standard without hidden upcharges. West Bay coordinated with the several contractors that were involved in this project. We made a couple of changes concerning the design along the way with accommodating support. Completed our pool end of October 2025 with Westbay Pools. This was the best experience with a contractor since I moved here in 2021. I reached out to a dozen pool companies only half even responded. I started out wanting a fiberglass pool and got three quotes and then contacted West Bay and they said they didn't do fiberglass but they were price competitive, which I found extremely difficult to believe as I've had a couple of gunite pools done in the past. But Jonathan said to give him a chance so he came out we laid out our vision, which included waterfalls, firebowls and a unique glass enclosure that would require a foundation and other concrete work around the pool. None of the fiberglass companies would do any of the concrete work so Jonathan gave me a quote but also provided a 3D drawing of exactly what we were looking for. That gave me the confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and the price was actually a little better since he included all of the concrete work. He also worked with the enclosure people because they had made some mistakes on thier drawings and he spotted it and work with them to make sure that it was the correct measurements. To say that there were a lot of moving parts is an understatement, as this was a newly constructed home and we are still doing the Landscaping, outdoor kitchens and patios, a zen garden and a number of other construction projects all while doing the pool but the experience was wonderful and Jonathan delivered everything he said he would, and he completed it earlier than his original time estimates. Anytime that I had any questions or issues they either answered the phone when I called or called me back within a very short amount of time, again a very unique experience down here.I highly recommend West Bay Pools and would be happy to act as a reference for any potential customer.
West Bay Pools did a great job with our pool build. Jonathan and Ben were incredible, detail-oriented, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
These guy did a great job on our project. First of all they do the business basics right. Project plan, communication, billing, all that stuff was smooth.They also know their way around the permitting office and POA process. We had an elevation and storm water issue that they navigated without much issue because they work with those folks a lot.Finally, as simple as it sounds the crews just showed up when they were supposed to, and did good clean work without any extra issues. I highly recommend West Bay even if they aren't the lowest cost, they definitely weren't the highest quote I got but delivered a top notch outcome.
