A labeling error by the manufacturer caused an installation problem and resulted in an unexpected additional expense. The owner personally became involved, handled the situation professionally, and helped resolve the extra charge we incurred because of the incorrect label.Their products are wonderful, their prices are very competitive, and their customer service is exceptional. It is reassuring to know that this company stands behind its customers when an issue arises. Very good experience with Florida HotTubs. Especially the installation. They arrived on time, were very respectful of my home and the Sauna works great. We are looking forward to lots of years utilizing it!!
Tried to go there during normal business hours on a weekday, but the location is closed. Tried calling the company while outside, no answer. Waste of time.
