You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to help us.Beyond that, he’s just a great person to work with. Great experience. Richard Trejos was easy to work with and very helpful. Got an outdoor model and been enjoying the sauna alot!
My experience with this company was very disappointing. Carmen Amador was assigned to our account, but communication was extremely poor. Emails and phone calls were rarely answered, and I often had to follow up 3–4 times a week just to get updates or move things forward.Scheduling was also disorganized — a technician was set to come, but no one confirmed the appointment. When I called the day before, no one had any information. The tech eventually arrived and said the job would only take a couple of hours, but after 8 hours he left with the work unfinished, saying he needed another technician’s help. No one returned the next day to complete the job.The only reason we continued with this vendor is because, as a condo, board approvals for new vendors are time-consuming, and this company was already approved.The one positive part of this experience was Jose, who was helpful throughout.Overall: -3/5 stars — very frustrating process, poor communication, and unreliable scheduling.
Called about a hot tub cover replacement, was told the maintenance department would get back to me. A week later no response. So I called again and was told the same. Got a call from Robert later that day and was told the sales department would call me by the end of the day to finalize everything. Surprise, a week later no one called. This place must really not like getting business or something. I don't know I tried.
Super happy with the outcome! I got to work with a gentleman named Richard, he was awesome from start to finish and was extremely attentive, Lubo came to the residence to help out with syncing and he was also very kind, the installation and delivery was seamless and totally worth it. Will definitely use FL hot tub & sauna again if i need.
