Mark is exceptional with spa services & has terrific customer service. He assisted me this time with a spa cover replacement which frankly I had seen so many online order horror stories. Through Mark’s The Hot Tub King company he was able to have my brand new spa cover built locally & exactly to order. He even checked my spa upon delivery. Mark was awesome. He was communicative about the process, arrived on time and finished quickly to replace the pump and lights on my hot tub. I am very happy with my service and highly recommend!
Sadly, just removed my previous positive review and replacing with this. Hot Tub power was tripping. Mark came out and told us it was the outlet. Suggested we replace it by ourselves to save money. Said he would come back if that wasn't the issue and would not charge another service call.Replaced the outlet and it was not the issue. Reached out to him several times. Slow response. Or no responses without me following up. Says he's coming. Says he'll get me on schedule. Promises. Promises. Crickets.After 8 days I contacted someone else. They showed up same day. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 mins. Mark, if you didn't want to or weren't able to come back for whatever reason you just should have said so.
