Alabama Pool Kings

We were having issues with our current pool service and they were not taking good care of us and up charging outrageously. I found Alabama Pool Kings after doing some research and reached out to for help. They were very thorough, took their time to listen to my needs and troubles and even squeezed us in to take care of us. Their fees for surfaces exceeded our expectations. Spring and summer are obviously very busy and they got to us very quickly. I cannot express our gratitude and thanks for them doing such an amazing job on taking care of our pool and every time they said they would be here they showed up! Quez and Fred were so polite, kind and took their time on our pool to get it right we are so happy and pleased with their work but also with the company. I would recommend Alabama Pool Kings to anyone for exceptional work and customer service. Thank you again! See you all in the fall!

Alabama Pool Kings are amazing! They resurfaced my pool, new liner, filter and pump. I had another company open my pools but they up their prices. So I called Alabama Pool Kings now they open and close my pool every year. Their pool guys are great and I love seeing the same faces year after year. Dustin the owner is knowledgeable and whenever I call him he always answers the phone. If you aren’t using them switch now. You won’t regret it.

I had a great experience with Alabama Pool Kings. From start to finish, John was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right. He took the time to understand exactly what my pool needed and handled every detail with care and expertise. What really stood out was how thorough he was—nothing felt rushed, and he made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Whether it was maintenance, repairs, or general advice, John went above and beyond to make sure my pool was in top shape. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable in this kind of work, but Alabama Pool Kings exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality pool service.

We’ve been using Alabama Pool Kings for almost a year now, and they’ve been outstanding. Their team is knowledgeable, reliable, and always professional. John has been especially helpful—he takes the time to answer all of our questions, which we really appreciate as first-time pool owners. It’s reassuring to work with people who know what they’re doing and offer fair pricing. We highly recommend their services!

From start to finish working with Alabama Pool Kings was a pleasant experience. We met with Dustin (the owner) and Janie (the office manager) in the store and talked about our need for a new pump for our salt water pool, for a valve that needed to be replaced, for our liner to be repaired in the corners, and for some extra pipe to be ran for when my husband drains water out of the pool. They were so friendly and helpful and just made us feel like we had known them forever!! They also showed us around the store and we found several things that we added to our wishlist! They were able to get us on the schedule just a few days after we met with them! Then, Fred and John showed up to do the work. They were so nice and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They got everything done quickly and it is all working perfectly now! My husband is super happy with the new pipe for draining water, the new valve, the new pump, and that our liner is popped back into place! I highly recommend them for any job you need! My husband is now taking a water sample to them to get analyzed so we can get our pool balanced and ready for swim season!
