What a journey it was with Ray and his team. The transformation of our yard is just unbelievable. There have been several “pinch me” moments looking at our yard and saying “I can’t believe this is our yard”. We faced a few obstacle during construction but we collectively worked together to get the end product delivered. To any future customers I suggest staying patient during the construction phase, cause in the end you’ll be amazed at what Premiere will deliver to you. Wouldn’t have done it any other way. Owning a pool was a dream for our family. After 10 years of talking about it, we finally pulled the trigger. Premier Pools were recommended to us through friends who had just completed their own pool project. Ray and Megan are amazing people who we enjoyed working with through our entire project. We never felt any pressure to make a decision. Ray laid out the options and thoroughly and transparently explained the costs associated with the different pool types and material selections. We had a big ask in terms of the style of pool we wanted and Ray and Drew were motivated by the challenge of our requests. For every wrinkle in the build and detail that needed to be adjusted, they came ready to problem solve and made it happen for us. The entire process from design, to selections, to the actual construction of the pool was smooth. The team was available for questions and explained every step and process in detail. We were blown away each time the crew finished a big task (tile, decking, coping, plaster). The attention to detail and craftsmanship on every part of the project was top notch. We cannot recommend Premier Pools enough!
If you want a true luxury experience without any sales pressure or pretension, build a pool with Premier Pools. We have wanted a pool for years through three military moves and they finally made it happen. I won’t say we were the most difficult customers they have seen but we’re definitely close. We wanted an aesthetic, nature-inspired pool that was safe for our two kids. We did had a lower budget and our yard required a lot of hardscaping to even make a pool a possibility. Ray and his wife Megan were kind, flexible, and encouraging the whole way. Through multiple consultations they watched our young kids while we designed our pool and they treated us like family! They even talked through financing & maintenance, so we felt informed and educated. We had spoken to several other builders and knew they were the ones we wanted to help with our specific pool vision. I had a long list of requirements and my husband’s was even longer. They never made us feel like we were asking for too much and the construction manager, Drew moved mountains to make sure we were satisfied with every little detail. Our project managers Robert and Jared were present and validating through every step of the process and I couldn’t be more grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend Premier Pools to all my friends and family.We have a lasting relationship with the team and couldn’t be happier with our pool!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience. There truly isn't one thing we wish went differently. Casey went above and beyond to ensure our planning was detailed and thoughtful. We never felt pressured into any part of this journey and Casey and the team moved at our pace during planning. The owner, Ray, took time to ensure all of our questions were answered and our expectations were aligned. The install kicked off as planned and went remarkably quickly, with plenty of communication from Marshall and the team. Even though we were warned of the mess during the dig, the team was on it when it came to managing the construction site. Workers were polite and respectful, taking time to ensure alignment throughout the process. We are so impressed and so thankful we offered our business to Premier Pools and Spas of Huntsville.
