Huge Thanks to Hazel Green Pool and Care. We needed a new Pool Liner, and they took care of it for us. If you are in need of any Pool maintenance, do not hesitate to contact them. Very professional, and they will take great care of you. Our pool had sat stagnant from the Spring till they were able to get to it. So, it was basically a pond by that time. With bullfrogs and other debris in the stagnant water. Which you can see the pics of the before and after. The last time we had drained it. Then waited for repair. That was a huge mistake. It caused more damage, and costed us a lot more than it should. The crew that came out were efficient, and had it taken care of in no time. We had to wait for the Pool Liner to come in. However, it only took a month, and we should have done that in the Spring. Once it arrived, that wasted no time, and had it installed. Plus, kept us updated on everything. Needless to say, I am very Happy with their Service, and I fully back their services.

Professional Pools and Care did an excellent job. We loved working with Dani. She was heavily involved throughout the entire process, from design to delivery. Their entire team was helpful. Austin and Rusty closely monitored the construction phase of the project. Communication was outstanding. We would highly recommend using Professional Pools and Care for all your pool needs!

Very satisfied and will use them again. Knowledgeable staff once you’re in touch with the right person, quick turn around on quotes and insight into decisions. Pricing wise they were competitive with everyone else, however they were by far the fastest with information, follow ups, call backs and sending quotes. Install techs were experienced, fast and efficient which has become so rare these days. If there’s two things I appreciate it’s 1) Attention to Detail, and 2) an intentional focus on a high level of Service. Our job was a new pool liner, and they’ve earned our business for future needs coming up this Spring. Feedback: Only thing that would have made this five stars is more information on the liner’s order/shipment status without having to make calls/inquiries. Recommend an SMS system, or provide a link to tracking info…will definitely help improve the customer experience and save phone calls/inquires.
