Ive always loved Royal Spa, after having our hot tub many years I had a thermostat problem and called them to fix it. They sent Kevin that was super polite, on time within a minute, Never stopped until the job was complete and very quick. never lost in anything he did. I see great things happening for Kevin. these type of employees are hard to come across. Thanks Royal Spa !! Mike

We purchased our first hot tub from Jay about a year ago and he was the best salesman we could ever ask for. He wasn't pushy and listened to what we wanted and helped us pick the perfect tub for us without being pushy about it. And any time we have questions or need help Jay bends over backwards for us to figure out what we need. Whether it's chemicals or salts or changing anything or maintenance he makes sure we are completely satisfied with everything before we're done. Highly recommend this Royal Spa and Jay for any hot tub needs you may have.

Bought a new 12,000 hot tub. The installers were rude and didn't make sure everything worked before they left. They had me to record them talking Soni could remember what they said.. They didn't have any books for the radio or how to books for the hot tub. Very very disappointed . I even called on the phone and the ladies acted like I should know all the answers to my questions. So, long story short... if.you are a new hot tub owner don't expect much help with anything after it's paid for.

where to begin..THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!.. AFTER PAYING $3000.00 DOWN ON A SPA AND BEING ASSURED BY KEVIN ,THE SALES REP THAT WE WOULD GET APPROVED..AS HE STATED "90% OF EVERYONE GETS APPROVED"..WE WASN"T APPROVED EVEN AFTER HAVING A GOOD CREDIT SCORE OF 740..EVEN AFTER TRYING THIER FINANCIAL INSTITUTE AS PER KEVIN. AFTER CALLING KEVIN AND TELLING HIM THAT WE DIDN'T GET APPROVED EVEN AFTER GOING ABOUT IT TWICE..2 DIFFERENT WAYS,HIS RESPONSE WAS TO TRY OTHER BANKS,WHICH WOULD ALSO DING OUR CREDIT MAKING IT LOWER..WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT WE WOULD JUST LIKE A REFUND OF OUR $3000.00 AND THAT WE WOULD TRY AGAIN AT A LATER TIME..I WAS TOLD THAT ROYAL SPA DOESN'T DO REFUND AND THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO GO THERE WITH ME,AND HE SAID TO GIVE HIM $100 TO HOLD IT FOR A YEAR TO MAYBE GET OUR CREDIT WHERE IT NEEDED TO BE..BASICALLY IF YOU CAN'T GET YOUR CREDIT UP TO CLOSE TO $800 THEIR GOING TO STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT..THIS IS COVID 19 ECONOMY AND THEY ARE TREATING THEIR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS..NOW I HAVE 2 OPTIONS..WHICH THEY ARE AWARE OF..I EITHER HAVE TO EXHAUST ALL OF MY FINANCIAL EFFORTS AND BREAK MY SELF ($10000.00) OR I HAVE TO GET A LAWYER WHICH IS PROBABLY GOING TO BE CHEAPER..I'VE LEFT MESSAGES FOR SOMEONE NAMED DERECK TO CALL ME BACK BUT NO LUCK EITHER..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..IT”S A TOTAL SCAM..THEY KNOW YOUR NOT GOING TO GET APPROVED MOST OF THE TIME..AND THEIR GOING TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT..THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY FIENCE BUT INSTEAD IS TURNING INTO A NIGHT MARE.....
