Anthony and Team were phenomenal! They did everything they said they would when they said they’d do it. Additionally, the quality of materials and construction was world class. Lastly, Anthony’s attention to detail and clear and consistent communication made the project run on time, on budget and stress free.
Anthony and his team did an incredible job on our backyard! He was always responsive and did very diligent work for us. He does a great job explaining everything and making sure things go smooth. Bay Water just completed a major backyard and side yard renovation for us, which included a new pool, rock waterfall, spa, expanded driveway and gates. We are very happy with the outcome.We got estimates from about 3 other companies. Bay Water was not the least expensive, but they weren't that much more either. While a fair price was important, so was responsiveness, good designs and customer service. Bay Water provided us with all of that.When you work with Bay Water, they will provide you with a video design at no cost. Check out their website for examples. The other companies only provided us with a computer rendering, which was hard to envision how it would really look. During the initial planning stages, we went through a handful of design modifications, etc. prior to signing an agreement. Bay Water was always patient, cooperative and made the changes that we requested.Another thing to note is that we have a small yard. With only a 5,700 square foot lot, we were able to get a decent size pool and spa and still have room for a large BBQ island and a seating area. We turned our unusable, small yard into an entertainer's delight!! Big things can happen with small yards. Don't let a small yard discourage you!!Finally....our house backs up to a major street. Bay Water was able to give us a bigger than anticipated pool because during the design planning/quoting stage, they were the only company who took the initiative to research our property map. and by doing so, they discovered that our "land" went beyond the wall that separates our yard from the city's street. This meant that we could have our pool closer than 5' from the back wall.If you'd like to see what can be done with your yard, I encourage you to call Bay Water Pools & Spas. They're easy to work with, and will give you the pool and backyard of your dreams! Bay Water Pool & Spa's did such beautiful work building our rock swimming pool. The best experience with a contractor I have ever had. Thanks for doing such an incredible job Martin, just in time for summer! All the kids love the rock slide, they live in the pool we can't get them out.
