I moved into my house 11 years ago. For a couple of years after I moved in, I was running back and forth to the local pool store with samples and purchasing chlorine pucks and chemicals and pool parts. It literally wore me out. I started using Rich and Mike at regal custom 8 years ago and they helped me configure my pool where I could easily maintain it. They converted it to salt water, have changed most of the plumbing and valves , installed custom lights and computer boards, new furnace and have generally been there for everything in between. I don’t pay monthly fees for cleaning and my pool stays crystal clear with minimal maintenance. Everything is controlled literally from my phone. If you are a new poolOwner and have no pool experience in pool maintenance, trust me, Talk to these guys before go solo pool maintenance. You’ll be happy you did.
Mike and his team were awesome. The price that was quoted for refinishing my pool and hot tub, as well as fixing the leak in the hot tub was reasonable with the other quotes I received. I went with Regal due to the reviews. Mike ensured that all communication was clear and answered all my questions and concerns. I wound up upgrading along the way and Mike and his team made sure to make everything perfect.As my daughter would say " 2 ??, would recommend!"
