They started to drain my pool and left while it was draining. The problem is the we’re draining it right next to my retaining wall and started washing the wall out.I have two lights in my pool that don’t work so they just put the liner over the lights and did not cut them out.They had a hard time putting the liner in my pool the water guy had to show them how the liner did not fit right and still to this day has not been taken care of. There is 12 inches of line that sags and is not hooked into the track. Would not recommend them
Giving up on them, been leaving messages and promises of returned calls for three weeks. Nothing.
Nice store. Nice people. I look forward to them doing the liner in my pool.Update: They did great on my liner. Still glad I found them! They are super helpful when it comes to balancing my pool water.
We absolutely love this store. The lady that is always there is extremely helpful and very kind! She tells us exactly what our pool needs, gets everything for us and even helps load it. We will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much.
Hours on here said 9-2, showed up at 9:50 and a sign on the door said 10-12 today. Waited til 10:05 and no one showed. Poor customer service and very unprofessional
