Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise their pool results, and one also complimented the outdoor-space work. One customer said Rick answered calls, explained how construction obstacles would be resolved, and followed through on his promises. Another described a project that ran on for a long time, with repair and rework issues before completion; most issues were eventually resolved, but the customer said the lighting remained unfinished after more than a year.

When you commit to building an inground pool, things are going to come up during the process. I had more than average obstacles, but Rick always answered my call, explained what was going on and how it was going to be resolved. He has followed through with his promises.
Gail Cornell
Rick and his team were responsive at first, but the project did drag on quite a long time. There were several issues that needed repair and redoing before the pool was even finished. I believe this was due to a low, skilled work team at the time. Eventually most issues were resolved.
The pool itself is wonderful, but Aquatech never finished the lighting. We have been trying to get them to do so for over a year. If that gets completed, I will amend this review.
Nadia Byrd
We are so pleased with our swimming pool from Aquatech. They were very responsive, honest, and professional through the entire process.
Taylor Burwell
Rick and Johnny did an amazing job on our outdoor space and pool. I would recommend them to anyone.
