CPS Pools and Spas

My husband and I are new gunite pool owners and we made a trip from Grenada here based on their reviews. We were greeted by Tina who was a wealth of knowledge and very receptive to our questions. She gave us all of the information we needed and more! She gave me the email address to email her for any other questions we might have. If you have any pool troubles, this is the place to go! I spoke with Tina who is super nice and very very knowledgeable about her waters and what to do to fix so it's clear and blue!! I have above ground from Sam's and that didn't matter, she still helped me with my water sample and I ended up buying something she recommended to clear my water up, AND IT WORKED!! I was told by one pool company that I would have to drain it and no way to clear it up etc etc... Nope Tina/CPS took time to explain what I needed to do, look at chemicals I already had so I didn't have to waste money at that time buying new and then sold me a 40$ bottle to clear the pool right up and after a vacuum it's beautiful. I will never go to another pool service and I highly recommend CPS. Also right off the I55 savannah street exit and right there to get back on so easy access ??

We were putting in a new concrete surface around the pool. We had to test leaks and repair things before the concrete was poured. We had to coordinate getting the work done around the concrete people who were also moving forward and had a time frame for our agreement. CPS was attentive to all of these dynamics. They were there to personally see the issue to completion. They adjusted as the logistics changed due to schedules, rain, labor. They take pride in their work and were excellent with communication as they got our pool squared up and read to be covered in concrete. They were a lifeline. All this would have been a disaster with other pool companies. I have used another service before which seemed to take the large demand for pull guys for granted. They were horrible with communication and put you off taking for granted that you needed them. Well not now. The best move I made was getting out of Madison County for a pool guy. If you have a pool, you need a relationship with someone who never disregards your concerns.

Just finished building a pool with CPS. Had direct communications with the business owner throughout the whole process. Crews were courteous, professional, and masters of their craft. We are very pleased with the final product and are now using their maintenance services. Great experience!
