The guys who opened up my pool did a terrible job. They pulled the cover off and turned the hose on to bring up the water level. Here for 20 minutes and left it filthy!! Charged me $425!! AND left it on the wrong setting. So angry. I'm 71 and could've done what they did.????

We would like to thank Aloha Custom Pools for transforming our hillside into a resort. Dennis Cook (owner) personally came to our property 3 times due to the unique engineering required to accommodate our pool. Our salesman & fellow fur baby lover, Bobby Kliem, became our friend thru the process- going over & above to help us… coming to our property multiple times through various changes, even on his days off and even in a thunderstorm, measuring and planning. “Aloha Bobby,” as we call him, is the real deal… Always having our best interest in mind, taking our calls and texts until the very end. Once construction began, we were in the hands of the very capable Stacy Smith, project manager. She also made numerous trips to our house making sure that everything stayed on track. We really enjoyed working with her, and also appreciated her extra efforts to get our liner in before my birthday (as always hoped for!) and also going above and beyond to get our concrete poured when we needed it. Our finisher, Camacho, also did an amazing job with all the final touches on our travertine and waterfall. He was always very helpful with a very pleasant attitude. I have to say, every single person who came out was always very gracious, and greeted us with a smile…. Good workers are hard to find, and Aloha has some GREAT workers!! We have zero regrets after extensive research of choosing them to install our dream pool. We even followed it up with a hot springs spa (again, thanks to Aloha Bobby)!! Thanks again to all of you for an amazing pool! We travel a lot for work, so we are definitely excited to have this to look forward to when we are home.… our own little paradise!!

Openings include removing the cover and plugs, starting the pump, and adding shock and algaecide. Pool cleaning is not included.
Does Aloha Custom Pools charge for an in-home pool estimate?
It provides a complimentary in-home estimate with a pool consultant. A further software consultation for a computerized version of the custom pool carries an additional charge.
