I'm not going to complain about my last experience with Blue Hawaiian. We've had our pool for 16 years or so. They have always tried to help us when needed. Monica is who I always try to speak with. Very helpful and friendly. Make sure to ask for total cost of any service. What i understood to be an $1100 purchase turned out to be $1580 . Labor wasn't included or any parts for the item. Don't assume, ask questions. I take the blame for that. After speaking with Monica, she said she would speak with her co-workers about better communicating. I will continue to do business with Blue Hawaiian, they are a good company in my opinion.
Mike and Eli came this afternoon to open our pool. They were very helpful. They answered all of my questions and I had a ton of them. Never had a salt system before, with their answers I feel like I’m ready to take care of our family’s pool.
