Sunset Luxe Pools and Concrete Innovations

One thing I appreciated about Sunset Luxe Pools was that they treated our project like it mattered, even though I'm sure they handle many projects every year. They remembered small details from our conversations and made sure our ideas were reflected in the final design. The finished result feels personal rather than something pulled from a standard template.

Very happy with the service from Sunset Luxe Pools. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly, and paid attention to the small details. It's hard to find contractors you can trust these days, but this team was reliable from start to finish.

We almost put our pool project on hold because we were nervous about finding the right company. After meeting the team at Sunset Luxe Pools, we felt comfortable moving forward. Looking back, it was the best decision we made. They were easy to talk to, never pressured us, and genuinely cared about getting things right. Every evening now, we find ourselves spending more time outside than inside. That's probably the best compliment I can give.

Shane created an outstanding pool and concrete area for us. I received several proposals for this project. Shane came in substantially less than his competitors and delivered on every promise from timeline to quality of work. The attention to detail on my project was high level. This company also specializes in concrete design which ties in great with pool installation. I received more concrete than any other vendor could provide for the cost and our choice of concrete pattern and color was included at no additional charge. After final payment, we were still waiting for the cover to be manufactured. Most times, when you pay that last payment, the vendor is non-responsive. Shane kept me updated about my cover, came and installed it and winterized my pool without any communication initiated by me. Great job, great result, great vendor. I highly recommend. I would attach pictures but, they would be of snow and ice at this time. I will post pictures when it warms up.
