I am in the design/contract phase with Payne Pool Professionals, and I asked to write this review that's how passionate I am.Chase, their sales guy here in Jacksonville, is calm and clear, straight forward, and listens. He's always made me feel comfortable, never rushed or pressured. The one thing that was clear over every other builder I've seen so far is he really enjoys with he does, and who he does it for. This was really refreshing to see.When he needed to ask the owners or project managers a question, they were quick to respond, and even impromptu FaceTime calls were happily answered.I work in marketing and design so have a very specific eye. I've worked on multiple video calls with Chase to get the design just right. He would try things, I would try things, and the vision got to where we both said, "This is going to be amazing." It was a complete team effort, which is exactly what I was looking for given how large this project is for our family.I will come back and update the review as the process goes along, but wanted to get this one in given how many builders I've worked with in this phase. I'd give Chase a call, you won't be disappointed.

We are very happy to have chosen Payne Pools to build our new pool. They are new to the area and had just completed a pool in Nocatee just across the road from us. We learned about them on-line and they had great reviews. The first day of the project the owner and his father came to in sure the project went smoothly. Any changes to improve the project were brought to us for approval by Chris our Forman for the project. They were attentive to our needs and any concerns. All scheduled work was told to us before someone came on site. The salesman Chase showed us all options and allowed us to design the pool as we envisioned. We are very happy with this project.
These guys did a super job with the construction of our swimming pool. We made several changes to our original design and they were very supportive in implementing new construction plan. Chris, our Project Manager did an excellent job of keeping us updated on issues that impacted the construction timeline. I’ve included some before and after pics. If you live in the Jacksonville area and are thinking of constructing a pool you must include them in yourelection process.
