Building a pool and pavers is a big investment, so choosing the right company was extremely important to us. From the very first meeting, the Dr Zee and his amazing wife Pepa made us feel confident that we were in good hands. They took the time to understand our vision, answered every question patiently, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even though it took us a year before making the decision.What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine commitment to making sure everything was done right. The crew was professional, respectful, and worked hard to deliver exactly what they promised. Even when unexpected challenges came up, they handled them quickly and kept the project moving forward.Now that the pool and pavers are completed, our backyard has become our favorite place to spend time as a family. Watching our loved ones enjoy it has made the entire experience worth it. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and are truly grateful for the care and craftsmanship that went into bringing our dream backyard to life.I highly recommend this team to anyone considering a pool and pavers project. The pool was put together well. With that being said, I wish I knew I had an option to go with another company. The pool store gave Dr.Zee my information and when they called me, I went along with scheduling. They are very disorganized. No communication between crew and owner/scheduler, and no communication with the customer. The crew making promises they can’t keep, promises the owner has no clue of, resulting in this “finished” job (see image). No accountability. Only empty promises, oh and ofcourse after they got paid in full.
Excellent experience with Dr. Zee Pool Installation LLC! I originally had my pool liner installed by another company, and unfortunately they sold me a cheap liner that ended up having a hole and caused me a lot of stress and headaches. Dr. Zee Pool Installation truly came through and saved the situation. They helped me get a new liner with excellent quality and worked with me on a great price knowing what I had already gone through with the previous pool company. Their communication was great throughout the entire process, and the workmanship was top-notch. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and made sure everything was done the right way. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and standing behind their work. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again!
?Highly recommend! Dr. Zee installed my pool 3 years ago and the results are absolutely stunning. Pepa walked me through the process and I have to give her a special thank you for her patience. To this day, if I have a question, Pepa provides the solution! The opening and closing of my pool is smooth and the crew is incredibly professional and hardworking.
