HealthMate Hot Tubs is a fantastic company. Top notch service. We got a very good deal on the hot tub and accessories. JP was a great consultant who helped me pick out the optimal tub that fits perfectly in my backyard patio. Raul and the delivery team showed up promptly, very friendly crew and they successfully delivered the tub. He also took time to explain the basics of the salt system and chemicals to me. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a new hot tub.
I don't tend to write a lot of reviews. When the service or the product is excellent, I believe it should be noted. My wife has wanted a hot tub for years. We did all the research and shopped around. She definitely wanted a saltwater tub. We found HealthMate Hot Tubs. Their representative Matt was helpful, well informed about the product and was not pushy! He was totally opposite of what we had experienced at other dealers.Bottom line. Tub is installed. Everything that was promised was delivered. I purchased a new Hotsprings Grandee from Healthmate and had a fantastic experience. Matt, my sales rep, helped me all throughout the process and ensured my delivery date was kept. Matt helped me pick and choose what cover was best for me and discussed the options available to me. I ended up getting the sound system and subwoofer added. During the installation phase he made sure my contractor had the necessary details for the electrical install as well as the dimensions for my concrete pad to be installed. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend getting in touch with them if you plan on purchasing a hot tub for your home.
