Reliable Pool Services

from the initial pool design to the crew guiding us through excavation, installation, and deck work, they exceeded our expectations. reliable pool services kept the whole pool project moving smoothly, and brian and melvin kept us updated weekly, or even daily when needed, as the work progressed. they also helped us choose the finish, tile, coping, and other pool surfaces by clearly explaining every option. the job stayed on schedule, remained within our budget, and the final pool looks amazing for enjoying the warm weather. we can’t say enough good things about the team, and i am very happy with the overall service and quality.

After years of trying to take care of our own pool, we finally decided to hire a pool service in Jupiter. We asked friends for recommendations and had two companies come out for estimates. The first visit was not a great fit, but the next technician, Brian, was friendly, professional, and respectful from the moment he inspected our pool and equipment. We chose Brian because of how helpful and knowledgeable he was that first day, and we have been very happy with the pool service ever since. His work is consistent, thorough, and high quality. He keeps the pool water clean, balanced, and ready for the Florida heat, and he pays close attention to the equipment to make sure everything stays in good shape. One thing we really appreciate is how easy the communication is. There is an app that lets us know when the pool has been serviced and when the visit is complete. He also responds quickly by text and email, which makes everything simple and convenient. If something needs repair or adjustment, he handles it quickly and explains what is going on in clear, easy language. We were especially impressed when we accidentally damaged a pipe during a yard project while he was there servicing the pool. Brian offered to fix it right away, which was a huge help and saved us a lot of time and stress. It is such a relief to have a dependable pool professional who is skilled, responsive, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. We highly recommend this pool service.

i cannot say enough good things about brian and melvin. Our pool in Jupiter has never looked better, and Reliable Pool Services has done an amazing job keeping the water clear, balanced, and ready for use in the Florida heat. They came to our house right after a big storm to remove debris, brush the walls, vacuum the pool, and keep the system running smoothly. brian even returned the next day to give the pool extra attention so it would be in perfect shape for my daughter's birthday party. The service goes far beyond basic pool cleaning. They also clean the filter, check the skimmer and pump baskets, and make sure all the pool equipment stays in good working order. Before hiring them, i used a few other pool cleaning companies, but none of them spent the time or gave the same level of care. Those other services were here for only a short visit and did not clean the filter regularly. When the new team took over, they showed me how dirty the filter had become and explained what needed to be done to restore proper circulation and water quality. i am so thankful to have finally found a pool service that truly takes pride in its work. melvin and brian are reliable, thorough, and clearly care about keeping the pool clean, safe, and swim-ready. i really appreciate their superior service and attention to detail.

We hired Reliable Pool Services for a pool resurfacing job and to replace a cracked auto-fill, and the whole experience was smooth and well organized. The work included resurfacing the pool, replacing the waterline tile, and retiling the existing water feature, while the deck was not part of this project. We really liked the Puerto Rican finish because the glass beads make the water shine and give the pool a clean, bright sparkle that looks great in the sun. From the chip-out phase to final approval, the project moved a little faster than expected, which made the process even better. After comparing several pool remodeling bids, the pricing was very fair and the overall value stood out. We are very happy with the finished result, and the pool now looks refreshed, updated, and much more inviting for regular use in the warm weather. brian helped us with material selections and paperwork, and he was thorough and easy to work with. melvin managed the project and kept us updated on each step, so we always knew what was coming next. When we had questions, he responded quickly and made the process feel simple and stress-free. We also appreciated getting regular updates about each phase of the pool service work. The crews arrived on time, worked professionally, and cleaned up well after each part of the job. It was clear they knew pool resurfacing, tile work, and equipment-related repairs, and that gave us a lot of confidence throughout the project. We also liked that the scheduling stayed on track and the communication remained consistent from start to finish. If you need pool remodeling or resurfacing work, this team delivers strong value, quality workmanship, and a stress-free experience. even if another quote looks a little lower, the service, communication, and finished pool appearance made this choice worth it. i would definitely recommend them for pool updates and related repairs.

My wife and I recently finished having our first swimming pool installed at our home in Jupiter, and the whole pool construction process went very smoothly. Since this was our first pool, we were new to everything and were not sure what to expect from a pool builder and service team. After researching several pool companies, we chose one that guided us well from start to finish, and we are very happy with that decision. Every step, from the first meeting with the sales consultant through the final pool orientation and walk-through, felt organized, professional, and seamless. We had heard plenty of pool installation horror stories from neighbors, so we were especially grateful to have such a positive experience. Brian, the project manager, did an excellent job keeping us updated, managing expectations, and communicating clearly whenever the schedule needed to shift. That kind of steady communication made the whole pool build much easier and less stressful. The work moved through each phase in a clear order, including excavation, plumbing, rebar, electrical, inspections, shotcrete, coping, tile, pool lighting, gas line work, interior finish, cleanup, and the final orientation. The crews showed strong workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the project. We were also impressed with how well the yard and pool area were cleaned up along the way. Living in Jupiter, it is great to have a new pool ready for the warm Florida weather, and we are pleased with both the final result and the overall service experience. The pool looks excellent, the finish quality is beautiful, and everything was explained clearly during the startup and orientation process. Our overall impression is very positive. Sales was excellent, pool design and selection were excellent, quality of work was excellent, project communication from Brian was excellent, and office support was excellent. Overall, this was a great pool installation experience and a job well done.
