I’ve been using Jared’s Pool Service for a number of years. He’s the best! He just came out and replaced my pump motor on one of the hottest days of the year. He opens and closes my pool every year and is always there to answer questions or help solve my problems. He deserves more than 5 stars in my book.

I called this company on a recommendation from a friend and couldn't have been more pleased with their prompt response, pool knowledge, and was so thankful for their search to find the part needed on an older model multiport. Jared and Lindsay work well together and have personality plus! If you need your pool serviced or repaired, opened or closed.... give them a call!
After moving into a home with a pool, I quickly realized my husband and I knew nothing about maintaining one. I called several local pool companies around the Paw Paw/Kalamazoo area and left messages but most didn't even return my call. Those who did weren't helpful in the least. Lindsay from Jared's Pool Service, on the other hand, got back to me immediately via text. Before even booking an appointment with them, she was extremely helpful trying to assist with my pool issues immediately. Booking the appointment was quick and easy and they were even able to come earlier than they'd originally thought. Jared immediately knew what to look for and was able to tell me within about 3 minutes not only what was going on with my pool but he also fixed it on the spot. Having never owned a pool before I had about a million questions but they patiently answered all of them and walked through pretty much everything. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Especially having called around and spoken to several others, I can say with certainty Jared's is the best around. Great service and great people!
I have used a few different companies to open my in ground pool in the past. I will forever more use Jared Smith. I called super late to schedule and even though he was fully booked for weeks he still squeezed me in. I had my pool opened within a week of contacting him. Every other company I have used they simply got my pump running and left. Jared and his wife no only got my pump up and running they skimmed and vacuumed my pool, blew off my pool deck, set my ladders and diving board, chlorinated my pool, and were INCREDIBLY friendly. I stayed out there the whole time learning and chatting and it was hands down an amazing experience. He was even ready to change any seals that needed it. I can’t say enough good things and the service was above and beyond what I’ve ever received for the same price as everyone else. I will be highly recommending his company to everyone along with writing my first ever review. Seriously call him. They even do weekly cleanings and general maintenance as well as liber replacement so if you need anything… he’s your guy!
We love Jared, he did an amazing job helping us get our pool up and running. We purchased a home where the pool was neglected for 3 years and we didn’t think it could be saved. Jared came with all the right tools and got it up and running. He is very knowledgeable, fair prices and professional. Thank you again for all your amazing help.
